This book covers a wide variety of themes.  From faith, family, relationships, chronic Lyme disease, setbacks, disappointments, life lessons, overcoming, mindsets, attitude, perseverance and consistency.  This isn't a "how to" book, rather a book on how one individual responded to his life getting flipped upside down and re-learning how to get back to a more normal life.

This book would be best for teenagers and up.  There are sensitive topics that children may not understand.  There is no sexual content, no graphic language but the topics of mental health, depression, suicide, and hostile actions are talked about.
